Our Beginning
Troncones Restaurant began with a dream: to share the authentic tastes of Guerrero, Mexico, with our Minneapolis community. Inspired by our family roots and guided by traditional recipes, we opened our doors with one goal—serve bold, comforting food that feels like home.
